01 Who we are and what this agreement is
Beridio is operated by ALIADO INGENIERIA CONTINUA MEXICANA S. DE R.L. DE C.V., with its registered address at Jardin de Higueras 1111, Jardin de las Moras, C.P. 32563, Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico ("Beridio", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between us and the business or person who creates an account or otherwise uses beridio.com or app.beridio.com (the "Customer", "you").
By creating an account, starting a free trial, connecting a mailbox, or using the platform, you accept these Terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use Beridio.
02 The service
Beridio is a insight-intelligence platform. It collects publicly available information (such as public social-media posts and profiles, news, forums and filings), analyses it with automated and AI-assisted methods, and presents the results as strategies, contacts, insights and reports. It also lets you organise contacts and media lists, write email templates, and send outreach from your own email account.
We may improve, change or retire features. If we remove a feature that a paid plan materially depends on, we will tell you in advance and, where we cannot offer a reasonable alternative, refund the unused part of the current paid period.
03 Who may use it
Beridio is a business service. You must be at least 18 years old and use it for business or professional purposes. It is not intended for consumers or for personal, household or family use.
04 Accounts and security
You can create an account with an email address and password, or sign in with Google or Microsoft. Accounts created with a password must be confirmed through a link we email to you before they can be used.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at legal@beridio.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share an account between people.
05 Free trial
New accounts receive a free trial of 14 days. No payment card is required. During the trial:
- you can set up your workspace, write templates, create contacts and media lists, connect an email account, personalise messages and save drafts;
- the workspace is populated with sample data — fictional people and companies generated to show you what the service looks like. Sample data is not real, must not be contacted, and is deleted when you subscribe;
- you are on the free plan (Explore), whose monthly limits are smaller than those of the paid plans. When a limit is reached, that kind of action pauses until the limit resets or you subscribe — we never charge you without your confirmation.
When the trial ends without a subscription, you keep your account and your data and keep the free plan's limits. We keep your data for the period described in our Privacy Policy so that you can subscribe later. We may limit the number of trials per person or company.
06 Plans, fees and payment
Paid plans are offered monthly or annually, at the prices shown at checkout. Prices exclude taxes (including VAT/IVA), which are added where they apply. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card number.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. We will tell you at least 30 days before any change to the price of your plan takes effect. Promotional discounts apply only as described when you accept them (for example, to a stated number of months) and end when stated.
If a payment fails we may retry it, and we may suspend paid features until it is paid.
Plan limits. Each module is sold in three tiers (Basic, Medium and High), which can differ from one module to the next, and each tier includes monthly limits on the features that cost us to run, such as contacts found, strategy runs, AI generations and images, assistant call minutes and connected mailboxes, and a number of seats: licences to use that module, which an account administrator gives to the people who should have it. The limits are not published; they reset every month; unused amounts do not roll over. Sending email, sequences, tracking and analytics are not limited. A use that fails is not counted.
When you near a limit we tell you, and when you reach it the feature pauses until the next month or until you move to a larger plan. We never charge you for more without your confirmation.
Modules. Sales is included in every plan. You can try any other module free for 14 days, once per module, without a card. The modules you choose are billed on one subscription and one invoice, each at its own tier; every module except the most expensive is billed at the price shown with a 20% discount on its list price; the part of the current period that remains is added to your next invoice, and removing a module credits the unused time there. Modules follow the plan's billing period.
Limits. Every plan, including the free plan, has monthly limits on the features that cost us to run (for example data lookups, contacts found, AI generations, call minutes and document reading), shown on your billing page with what you have used. A lookup that fails does not count. When a limit is reached, that kind of action pauses until the limit resets at the start of the next month or you move to a larger plan; nothing is charged automatically.
Enterprise plans are agreed in writing and priced separately; they are not bought by card.
07 Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account's billing settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not give pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a period, except where the law requires it or where section 2 says otherwise.
After cancellation or termination we delete your account data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
08 Your data and content
You keep all rights in the data and content you put into Beridio — your contacts, lists, templates, messages and company information ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit Customer Data only as needed to provide the service to you, to keep it secure, and as the law requires.
You confirm that you have the right to provide Customer Data to us and that doing so, and your use of it through the service, complies with applicable law — including having a lawful basis to contact the people on your lists.
We do not use Customer Data to train artificial-intelligence models. Our Privacy Policy explains how it is processed, including by the AI provider we use to generate results for you.
09 Public-data intelligence
The platform presents information collected from public sources. We do not control those sources and do not guarantee that the information, or any analysis or score derived from it, is accurate, complete or current. AI-generated output can be wrong. Treat it as a lead to verify, not as a fact, and apply human judgement before acting on it.
You are responsible for how you use this information. In particular, you must not use it to make decisions about a person's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or education, or any other decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects on them.
10 Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, including privacy and data-protection rights;
- harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, defame or discriminate against anyone, or to track or locate a person in order to do so;
- send spam, deceptive or unlawful messages, or messages that impersonate another person or organisation;
- collect or process sensitive personal data (for example health, political opinions, religion, sexual orientation, or data about children);
- scrape, copy or resell the platform's data or output at scale, build a competing product from it, or interfere with the platform's operation or security;
- reverse-engineer the service, or probe, scan or test it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- use the service in a way that breaks the terms of the sources of public data or the email providers you connect.
We may investigate suspected breaches and may remove content or suspend access to protect people or the service. Report abuse to legal@beridio.com.
11 Email outreach and connected accounts
When you connect an email account (Microsoft 365/Outlook, Gmail/Google Workspace, or any SMTP server), messages you send through the platform are sent from your own account, in your name, and appear in your Sent folder. You are the sender of those messages and are solely responsible for their content and for the people you send them to.
You must comply with every law and rule that applies to your outreach, including anti-spam and electronic-marketing laws (for example CAN-SPAM in the United States, the Mexican consumer-protection rules, and the UK PECR and GDPR). In particular you must have a lawful basis to contact each recipient, identify yourself honestly, and honour opt-out requests promptly.
We ask Google and Microsoft only for permission to send email on your behalf. We store the access you grant in encrypted form, use it only to send the messages you choose to send, and you can disconnect the account in the platform or revoke our access in your Google or Microsoft account at any time. Email providers apply their own sending limits and policies; we do not control deliverability and are not responsible if a provider limits or blocks your account.
12 Third-party services
The platform relies on third parties (hosting, payments, AI processing, email and sign-in providers, and sources of public data). They are listed in our Privacy Policy. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or outages, although we remain responsible to you for the service we provide.
13 Intellectual property
Beridio, its software, design, trademarks and the analyses it produces (other than Customer Data and the public information it draws on) belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business during your subscription. You may use the output of the service in your business; you may not resell the service itself.
If you give us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely without obligation to you.
14 Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may take it offline for maintenance. Support is provided by email at hello@beridio.com. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, there is no service-level agreement.
15 Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not make any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
16 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising out of or related to the service, even if we were told they were possible.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or wilful misconduct.
17 Your responsibility
You will defend and compensate us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) brought by third parties arising from Customer Data, from your outreach, or from your breach of these Terms or of the law — except to the extent caused by us.
18 Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, if your use puts people or the service at risk, if required by law, or if you do not pay. Where reasonable we will warn you first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including data, fees owed, liability and governing law) do so.
19 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will give you reasonable notice of material changes — by email or in the platform — before they take effect. If you keep using the service after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you may cancel before then.
20 Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile. Before starting a claim, please write to legal@beridio.com so that we can try to resolve it in good faith.
21 General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order or plan terms you accept, are the entire agreement between us on the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.
These Terms are provided in English and Spanish. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
